Among the star-studded participants are Emmerdale actor Lewis Cope, TV personality Vicky Pattison, singer La Voix from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK 2024, and Love Island’s Amber Davies. Body language expert Darren Stanton has raised concerns about the chemistry between EastEnders star Balvinder Sopal and her dance partner Julian Caillon, suggesting they may face elimination if they fail to strengthen their bond.
Stanton noted that while Balvinder and Julian have a good relationship, they lack the compatibility seen in other couples, potentially hindering their progress on the show. Following their second week in the bottom two, Balvinder and Julian narrowly escaped elimination, with the judges ultimately saving them over their competitors.
Now, the pair is gearing up for Icons Week on Saturday. Julian recently shared a video on Instagram showcasing their dance routine to a remix of Destiny’s Child’s “Survivor,” expressing determination to excel in their upcoming performance. Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer every Saturday at 6.55 pm.
