Moreover, Virgin Media can remotely conduct repairs and updates overnight to minimize disruptions during the day. In cases where additional assistance is required, customers may receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades for enhanced whole-home coverage, with the option to schedule an engineer visit at no extra charge for more complex issues.
