Glassdoor has disclosed the recipients of its Employees’ Choice Awards 2026, which are determined by feedback from employees themselves.
Securing the leading position is software engineering company SAP, known for compensating senior-level account executives with salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. The company received acclaim for its flexible working hours, generous vacation allowance, cutting-edge technology, and emphasis on work-life balance.
Mastercard claimed the second spot, garnering recognition for its diverse talent pool, exceptional benefits package, and fostering a culture that supports flexible remote work arrangements. The managerial roles at Mastercard come with pay scales between £65,000 and £80,000.
In the third position is Google, which remunerates software engineers with salaries between £70,000 and £100,000. Employees at Google commended the company for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible approach to work-life balance, and opportunities for career progression.
