Following his conviction for rape and sexual assault by penetration in August, a warrant for the arrest of David Morrison was issued when he failed to appear in court to hear the sentencing on October 24. According to details presented at Teesside Crown Court, Morrison accompanied the victim to a hotel room in the early hours of the morning, left momentarily, and returned with another man, instructing him to carry out sexual acts on the woman against her will.
The victim, unaware of Morrison’s malicious intentions, resisted the advances of the stranger, who revealed that Morrison had paid him to engage in sexual acts as part of the defendant’s twisted fantasy. Despite her protests, Morrison callously disregarded her pleas, leading to the horrific assault. Additionally, Morrison was reported to have sexually assaulted the woman in a separate incident.
