A UK TikTok personality, dubbed as the “pound shop Andrew Tate,” managed to evade legal consequences in Spain for a year following a car accident. Harrison Sullivan, also known as “HSTikkyTokky,” has now confessed to reckless driving and driving without insurance and is awaiting sentencing next month. However, Sullivan faces the possibility of an extended prison term as he stands accused of assaulting another individual with a glass in a Spanish club, causing severe neck injuries.
During a recent interview, Sullivan admitted to racist, misogynistic, and homophobic views. He voluntarily surrendered to authorities in England for the driving offenses. The social media influencer is scheduled for sentencing at Staines Magistrates Court on November 14.
According to the Spanish police, Sullivan was involved in an altercation at a nightclub in Marbella in August, where he allegedly attacked a man with a glass, resulting in critical injuries. Law enforcement tracked him down through social media analysis and an international arrest warrant issued by UK authorities.
If convicted of the nightclub incident charges, Sullivan, a resident of Brentwood, Essex, is likely to face a prolonged incarceration period. He has only pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance over a year after the Virginia Water crash, which left a McLaren supercar wrecked on a rural road.
Sullivan is known for sharing content on social media, showcasing luxury vehicles and posing as a financial expert offering advice to his followers. However, a recent documentary by journalist Louis Theroux shed light on his toxic masculinity, with Theroux confronting Sullivan about his misogynistic behavior.
The legal proceedings are ongoing, with Sullivan having been extradited on October 10 and making a court appearance in Spain. Despite blowing a kiss to his mother in the courtroom, Sullivan could face a significant jail term if found guilty in the pending cases.
