Must read

Pregnant Bella Culley, a young woman who had been involved in drug smuggling, returned to her family home in Billingham, Cleveland, during the early hours of Wednesday morning. After a 225-mile journey from London Luton Airport, Bella, who is set to give birth soon, expressed her eagerness to finally rest in her own bed.

Accompanied by her mother Lyanne, Bella arrived at their residence where family members warmly welcomed her back. Observers noted Bella’s fatigue but also her sense of relief at being back home. Prior to this, they had landed in Britain the previous evening, where they shared emotional moments with loved ones before being escorted away by armed police to avoid the media.

Before boarding their flight back home from Tbilisi, Georgia, Bella and Lyanne were seen rushing to make it on time. They managed to check in just 55 minutes before take-off, carrying luggage that resembled the same suitcase previously found by Georgian authorities filled with cannabis worth £200,000.

Despite facing potential jail time for drug smuggling, Bella was unexpectedly released after a court hearing, deviating from the initial plea deal that would have sentenced her to two years behind bars. Her emotional reaction to the news of her release was one of surprise and gratitude towards the court.

Accompanied by her mother, Bella left the court a free woman, expressing her joy over the phone to her father while shedding tears. Her family, including her mother Lyanne and father Niel, had agreed to a substantial fine as part of a deal with Georgian prosecutors.

The prosecutor and Bella’s lawyer highlighted her cooperation, good behavior, and pending motherhood as factors in her release, allowing her to experience a more stable environment for her pregnancy. Bella, a student nurse, had been detained in Georgia for nearly six months following her arrest for drug trafficking.

Bella’s ordeal began when she went missing in Thailand and later reappeared in Georgia, where she was apprehended with a significant quantity of drugs in her possession. She claimed she was coerced by criminals who threatened her and her family if she did not comply with their demands.

Throughout the legal proceedings, Bella maintained that she was forced into drug trafficking through torture and coercion, emphasizing that her intentions were solely to travel.
