A highly acclaimed horror film with a 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes is now available for free viewing this week, just in time for Halloween.
“Barbarian,” a 2022 American horror movie, was written and directed by Zach Cregger in his debut as both a writer and director. The film stars Georgina Campbell, Bill Skarsgård, and Justin Long and follows a woman who finds out that her rented property has been double-booked by a man, unaware of the dark secrets within the house.
Inspired by the non-fiction book “The Gift of Fear,” Cregger aimed to incorporate various warning signals into a thirty-page sequence, emphasizing the importance of women trusting their instincts in encounters with men.

Audiences surveyed by PostTrak gave the film a 70% overall positive rating, with 54% expressing a definite recommendation. Whip Media reported that “Barbarian” was the most-streamed film in the United States for the week ending October 30.
