A man who fled from Milner Ridge Correctional Centre on Wednesday night has been apprehended and is back in custody, according to law enforcement authorities. The RCMP were informed that Justin Paul had escaped from the provincial jail located in the rural municipality of Lac du Bonnet, northeast of Winnipeg, at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, as stated in a news release issued by the police on Thursday morning. Paul was apprehended near the intersection of Highway 11 and Minnewawa Street W. in Lac du Bonnet at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday, according to a police update.
