Professional wrestler Benjamin Satterley, known by his ring name Pac, has passed away at the age of 40. All Elite Wrestling (AEW) confirmed the sad news on Sunday through their social media platforms. The cause of his death has not been disclosed. Satterley last appeared on television the night before his passing, where he faced off against Andrade el Idolo in Chicago.
Hailing from Newcastle, England, Satterley commenced his wrestling journey in 2004 in the U.K. Over the years, he showcased his talent in various independent wrestling circuits globally, including Japan and Mexico. Known for his acrobatic and high-flying maneuvers in the ring, Satterley quickly garnered a dedicated fan base due to his exceptional skills and muscular physique.
Formerly known as Adrian Neville during his tenure in World Wrestling Entertainment from 2012 to 2018, Satterley played a significant role in the developmental program NXT and the cruiserweight division. Joining AEW in its inception in 2019, he engaged in numerous high-profile matches and emerged victorious in several championship bouts, including clinching the inaugural international championship title.
One of Satterley’s trademark moves, the black arrow, a dynamic dive executed from the top rope, earned him the moniker “The man that gravity forgot.” Throughout his career, he often portrayed a villainous persona in the ring, occasionally showcasing a comedic side in his matches.

Satterley’s passing marks the second loss of an AEW wrestler in less than a month, following the death of Andy Williams, also known as The Butcher. Williams, who was a guitarist for the band Every Time I Die, passed away after collapsing during a wrestling event in Pittsburgh earlier in September.
