She expressed, “I wanted to address the aspects of my appearance that are not entirely natural. I believe in transparency, and I find it frustrating when individuals misrepresent their cosmetic procedures. Recently, I faced questioning about my altered appearance compared to my ID photo during a restaurant visit.”
Elaborating further, she shared, “To be honest, the alterations are not extensive, in my opinion. However, the most noticeable change is my nose. I have also had lip, cheek, and chin fillers, along with Botox on my forehead and around my eyes.”
Kate disclosed, “Regarding my physique, the only enhancement I’ve had so far is a breast augmentation, with 400CC over the muscle due to my initial moderate profile. Interestingly, I dissolved all my fillers before the rhinoplasty procedure, which occurred approximately two years ago.”
Concluding her post, Kate invited more sharing of “before” pictures. This disclosure coincides with reports suggesting that Kate is gradually opening up to new romantic possibilities following Liam Payne’s tragic demise in 2024.
