A woman has shared that she can make significant daily earnings as a professional model by showcasing only one part of her body – her hands. Avisha Tewani transitioned into modeling in 2020 from a freelance stylist background. She ventured into the industry after assisting a family member with a photo shoot for jewelry, which led to her quick entry into modeling after submitting the photos to an agent.
Avisha’s hand modeling career took off swiftly, landing her campaigns with renowned brands such as Dior, Chanel, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Absolut Vodka, and Kylie Cosmetics. To maintain her hands’ pristine condition, she had to make lifestyle adjustments like discontinuing cycling and wearing gloves while washing dishes.
Earning between $300 to $3,000 per day, Avisha expanded her modeling portfolio to include other body parts like legs, feet, ears, and neck. She emphasized the importance of meticulous hand care and protection, avoiding activities that may jeopardize her modeling career.
Despite the demanding nature of her work, Avisha’s modeling opportunities have multiplied since signing with her agent in 2020. She collaborates with multiple agents specializing in various body parts and partakes in shoots with varying crew sizes and durations, ranging from two to 12 hours.
Before each shoot, Avisha diligently preps her hands to match the clients’ preferences, showcasing creativity and attention to detail during the sessions. Her earnings fluctuate based on the project’s scope, with potential additional fees for usage rights, leading to significant paychecks for her services.
Avisha highlighted the industry’s growing demand for individuals with a middle skin tone, attributing her increased workload to this trend. She expressed gratitude for the opportunities this shift has brought her in the modeling industry.
