Mark and Sarah successfully revamped the pub, building a strong reputation for serving fresh, seasonal dishes following an extensive renovation and the establishment of a new team. Mark, who kickstarted his culinary journey in Newcastle, once honed his skills under Gordon Ramsay at Teatro in London. In 2019, the Andersons introduced The Next Episode, offering a New York-style menu, cocktails, and laid-back hip hop vibes in Ruddington. However, the venture ceased operations three years ago, as reported by Nottinghamshire Live.
