Amazon Slashes Streaming Prices Up to 60% – Prime Day Deals!

Must read

Amazon has significantly reduced the prices of Apple TV, Paramount+, and MGM+ by up to 60% to celebrate the commencement of its latest Prime Day sale. The e-commerce behemoth launched its new site-wide sales event on June 23, offering subscriptions to various major streaming services starting at £2.99.

As part of the sale, Amazon customers can now subscribe to Apple TV for half price at £4.99 per month, down from the original price of £9.99. Subscribers who take advantage of this offer will enjoy the discounted rate for two months, after which it will revert to the standard £9.99 unless canceled.

Similarly, MGM+, the platform showcasing ‘Project Hail Mary,’ is now available for £2.99 for two months, reduced from the regular price of £5.99. Additionally, Paramount+ is offering a one-month subscription for £2.99 instead of the usual £7.99. These deals are valid until July 2 as Amazon kicks off its Prime Day 2026 sale.

Throughout June 23-26, exclusive discounts are available on thousands of items for Prime members or individuals on a Prime 30-day free trial. Prime Video is also providing free trials of Lionsgate+, Studiocanal Presents, and Crunchyroll as part of the sale.

It is important to note that both the discounted streaming subscriptions and free trials will automatically transition to standard paid subscriptions at the end of the promotional period. Subscribers should ensure to cancel their subscription before the discounted or free period concludes to avoid being charged the regular rate.

Customers on Amazon can subscribe to Apple TV via Prime Video for £4.99 per month for two months until July 2. In a separate offer, Sky is bundling free access to Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+ with its Ultimate TV bundle priced at £24, also including approximately 135 channels like Sky Atlantic.

Apple TV has released several highly acclaimed titles this year, such as the comedy horror series ‘Widow’s Bay,’ boasting a remarkable 98% Rotten Tomatoes score. The platform has also launched the second season of ‘Sugar,’ a neo-noir detective series starring Colin Farrell as private investigator John Sugar.

MGM+ features popular new titles like ‘Project Hail Mary,’ starring Ryan Gosling in a space epic, along with series like ‘Outlander’ and the James Bond film collection. On Paramount+, members can enjoy the latest episodes of ‘The Agency’ and ‘Dutton Ranch’ from the Yellowstone spin-off. These offerings are part of Paramount+’s £2.99 deal on its platform.

For a diverse streaming experience, Apple TV offers a seven-day free trial upon direct signup on the platform, allowing access to beloved series like Ted Lasso, Severance, and Slow Horses. REWRITE_BLOCKED: The content is a cookie notice and unrelated to the article rewriting task.
