The top brands in the UK have been announced, with Marks and Spencer leading the pack. According to the YouGov BrandIndex tool, which evaluates factors such as impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation, and reputation over the past year, M&S has been named the strongest brand in the UK.
Despite facing a cyber attack in 2025 that temporarily halted online sales, M&S secured the top spot. Following closely behind in the top five are IKEA, Samsung, John Lewis, and Netflix.
The Post Office has been recognized as the most improved brand, driven by increased satisfaction and enhanced public perception following the Horizon IT scandal. Royal Mail and Fujitsu claimed the second and third spots for most improved brands.
WhatsApp emerged as the top global brand, with significant success in India and Indonesia. It was trailed by Samsung, YouTube, and Google in the global rankings.
