“Apple Issues Crucial Update for iPhone Wireless Charging Glitch”

Must read

Apple has rolled out a crucial update for new iPhone users to address a wireless charging issue affecting some devices. The glitch has hindered wireless charging, forcing impacted users to rely solely on MagSafe for recharging.

Although Apple states that only a small percentage of users are affected, it is recommended that all users ensure their devices are updated.

The iPhone 17 series, including the Pro and Pro Max models, as well as the iPhone Air, require the update to resolve the charging issue when the battery is nearly depleted.

To update your device, navigate to Settings, tap on General, and select Software Update. Look for iOS version 26.5.1 and choose to update immediately or schedule it for later.

Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have sufficient mobile data, as the update file is significant at 13.6GB.

In other news, Apple’s WWDC Developers Conference will commence on June 8, where the company is expected to unveil the new iOS 27 upgrade. This update is anticipated to introduce various new features and enhance the devices’ AI capabilities.

Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations, expressed excitement for the upcoming WWDC event, emphasizing the celebration of technology, innovation, and collaboration within the global developer community.
